The Annual High Tide Tattoo and Arts Festival, brought to you by Ragemore Events and 11:11 Tattoo, is making its regional debut at The Mill Casino Hotel & RV Park the weekend of April 28-30, 2023. This three-day event is the ultimate celebration of creativity and self-expression, featuring some of the most talented tattoo artists and artisans from across the country. Whether you’re a hard core tattoo enthusiast looking for inspiration, or you're simply “tattoo curious” and want to soak up the creative atmosphere, this festival is the perfect destination for anyone who appreciates ink and art. So make your reservations (the earlier the better), pack your bags and prepare for a weekend of unforgettable experiences at this must-attend event.

One of the most exciting aspects of the High Tide Tattoo and Arts Festival is the opportunity to meet some of the most talented tattoo artists and artisans from across the country. The festival features some of the biggest and most respected names in the industry, as well as up-and-coming artists who are making a name for themselves in the tattooing world. If you’re planning on attending the Annual High Tide Tattoo and Arts Festival, there are a few things you should keep in mind to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your time at the festival:
Getting Here#
- The event venue, The Mill Casino Hotel & RV Park, is located on Oregon's Adventure Coast: Coos Bay, North Bend, Charleston. See below for lodging information.
- If you’re flying in, the Southwest Oregon Regional Airport (Airport Code OTH) is the closest airport to the festival, and is located just a few miles from The Mill in North Bend, OR.
- The Eugene Airport, located 115 miles northeast of Oregon's Adventure Coast: Coos Bay, North Bend, Charleston, is another option. Ground transportation options are limited to rental cars.
- If you’re driving, there are several highways and major roads that lead to North Bend, including Highway 101, Highway 38, and Highway 42. If you are coming south on I-5, we recommend Highway 38 south of Eugene. If you are heading north on I-5, take Highway 42!
Accommodations#
There are several hotels and motels in and around North Bend that offer accommodations for festival attendees. Be sure to book your accommodations in advance, as rooms tend to fill up quickly.

Tickets#
Tickets to the High Tide Tattoo and Arts Festival go on sale April 7, 2023 in Ko-Kwel Gifts. Tickets are available to purchase at the event as well. The admission price is $10 per day, 12 and under is free.

- Go Crabbing, Clamming or Fishing! For the most current regulations and harvest notices, check with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
- Try something new at a local restaurant on Oregon’s Adventure Coast.
- Explore amazing aquatic life and interactive displays in the 6,000-square-foot Charleston Marine Life Center (currently open with reduced hours - please check the website or call before going).
- Explore the many Hiking & Walking trails throughout the area, along with our glorious State Parks & National Lands.
- Go on a peaceful walk on one of our undeveloped beaches, and/or go tide pooling and explore the mysterious, beautiful marine life (please do not touch).
- Unplug & Reconnect With Nature at the South Slough National Estuarine Research Center.
- Get inspired with new art exhibits and the Steve Prefontaine memorabilia at the Coos Art Museum
- Rent a kayak, paddleboard, fishing boat or surfing board and get out on the water!
- Take a ride on the wild side and try cycling and/or mountain biking on Whiskey Run Mountain Bike Trails.
